Facebook Buys Instagram For $1 Billion [BREAKING]  →
Facebook has acquired photo-sharing app Instagram. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the acquisition in blog post Monday. The total consideration for San Francisco-based Instagram is approximately $1 billion in a combination of cash and shares of Facebook. More news to follow.
